Brinell Microscope: We offer Brinell microscopes that are compact and versatile instruments for linear measurement, which has a pre-focused objective and is suitable for flat objects only. The measurements are directly read on glass scale incorporated in the eyepiece. With 8 mm diametermeter of microscopic field, the reticule is calibrated in 0.1 mm units over a range of 7 mm. These microscopes have a magnification of 25 X that allows the user to measure the diameter of indentations made by the ball indenters of all Brinell type hardness testers. Brinell Hardness Tester, Model: AKB-3000 is designed for Brinell hardness measurement on steels and other ferrous materials and also on non ferrous materials like Brass, Bronze, Aluminium, etc. The material can be cast, forged or rolled and the shape can be flat, round or irregular.
The actual load application system is of dead weight type combined with mechanical lever system. The supporting hydraulic system is for initial lifting of load before each test and dampening the load application system for smooth application of load.
A separate hydraulic power pack, positioned in the bottom part of the machine adds to the machine stability
Our unique design of a floating fulcrum lever system ensures high accuracy and dependability.
The machine accuracies confirm to IS: 2281-2005 & BS: 240.
